{"id":318,"date":"2013-05-21T08:10:45","date_gmt":"2013-05-21T08:10:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/pruebaweb\/?p=318"},"modified":"2019-03-21T10:22:03","modified_gmt":"2019-03-21T10:22:03","slug":"infraestructuras","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mijas.es\/portal\/urbanismo\/infraestructuras\/","title":{"rendered":"Infraestructuras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"contenidoTitular\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Secci\u00f3n de Infraestructuras del departamento de Urbanismo tiene como funci\u00f3n la supervisi\u00f3n, control e inspecci\u00f3n de toda actuaci\u00f3n urban\u00edstica que se desarrolla en suelo calificado como viario p\u00fablico seg\u00fan el PGOU vigente en todo t\u00e9rmino municipal, tanto de iniciativa privada como p\u00fablica. Asimismo, esta Secci\u00f3n se encarga de la elaboraci\u00f3n de proyectos de iniciativa municipal de remodelaciones de viarios p\u00fablicos, dotaci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n de infraestructuras, as\u00ed como la direcci\u00f3n, control y gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de la propia ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras. En este sentido, es importante la redacci\u00f3n de manera continua de proyectos, con objeto de disponer de un \u00abstock\u00bb de documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica (proyectos) para ser llevada a cabo de una manera continuada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>FUNCIONES ESPEC\u00cdFICAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redacci\u00f3n de informes espec\u00edficos de proyectos de urbanizaci\u00f3n y proyectos de dotaci\u00f3n de infraestructuras de servicios b\u00e1sicos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Control y supervisi\u00f3n de las obras de urbanizaci\u00f3n de iniciativa privada hasta su recepci\u00f3n por este ayuntamiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Control, seguimiento e informe de las fianzas y avales de garant\u00eda depositados en el ayuntamiento cuando se efect\u00faan obras en viario p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Relaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n con otras Administraciones P\u00fablicas competentes en materia de carreteras, costas, ferrocarriles, gesti\u00f3n del ciclo integral del agua\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Relaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n con las empresas suministradoras de servicios urban\u00edsticos b\u00e1sicos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n de proyectos de remodelaci\u00f3n de viario y dotaci\u00f3n de infraestructuras p\u00fablicas, as\u00ed como su direcci\u00f3n, control y gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atenci\u00f3n telef\u00f3nica y personal al ciudadano para el replanteo y asesoramiento en la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras de infraestructura de iniciativa privada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguimiento, supervisi\u00f3n y control de obras de iniciativa privada que se desarrollan en viario p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concesi\u00f3n de vados de garaje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n y tramitaci\u00f3n de convenios de colaboraci\u00f3n con comunidades de propietarios para la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>COORDINACI\u00d3N Y APOYO A LA SECCI\u00d3N DE LICENCIAS URBAN\u00cdSTICAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7 Redacci\u00f3n de informes t\u00e9cnicos para la Secci\u00f3n de Licencias, en relaci\u00f3n a la afecci\u00f3n a viarios p\u00fablicos y dotaci\u00f3n de secci\u00f3n urban\u00edsticos b\u00e1sicos en:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Licencias de obra mayores y menores<br \/>\n2. Proyectos de actuaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n3. Licencias de 1\u00aa utilizaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n4. Consultas urban\u00edsticas.<br \/>\n5. R\u00e9gimen de asimilado a fuera de ordenaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n6.
